Shipping details:

• All our orders are sent from Sofia, Bulgaria - European Union. Orders are shipped via A1Post, license № 2-010/19.07.2018, № 0197/04.01.2018, https://a1post.bg/en/track/. You will get a tracking number, so you can check the shipping and delivery status of your parcel at any time.
• We provide free standard shipping to deliver our items to US, Canada, and some countries in EU: Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden. During check-out, please see if we deliver to your country.
• Our processing time for the items which are already made and available in stock is within 2-5 working days. For custom items or made to order artworks the needed time to process and ship out your order is between 10 – 14 days depending on our workload. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you for further information.
• The estimated delivery times, since your parcel has been shipped out, are as follows:- United States: 4-8 business days; - Canada: 6-10 business days; - EU countries: 3-7 business days.Weekends and public holidays are not included in the stated delivery times. During holiday periods like Black Friday & Christmas there might be a slight increase in shipping time due to the high demand and orders placed.
• In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by customs, that unfortunately we cannot control. However, we will do our best to collaborate with your delivery issue.
• If for any reason, your parcel is lost, please send us an email on info@creagifts.art, so we could collaborate.
• In case of extraordinary circumstances, holidays, summer vacation or heavy workload, creagifts.art reserves the right to extend the delivery period, promptly informing the Customer thereof. We will check the status of the order and delivery terms in order to provide an updated information to the Customer.
• Buyers/Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. In most cases customs fees do not apply but in some cases, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your parcel passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
• creagifts.art is not responsible for failure to fulfill an order in cases where the Customer has provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he/she has provided an incomplete or inaccurate shipping data as address, e-mail, etc. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please e-mail us asap at info@creagifts.art and provide your correct address.
• Our items are very well packed in order to keep them safe and in good condition for you.

Returns & Cancellations:

• It is possible that an item does not match your expectations, or you change your mind. To request a refund, please send us an email with your name, address, order number, and giving us the reason why you are returning the item at: info@creagifts.art. For online purchase, you have 14 days to be reimbursed since we receive back your returned item. Please note that the cost of shipping is your full responsibility. Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packaging and condition.
• If you have received an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 10 days. We will help you restore any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item (if possible) or refunding the amount paid. The defective item should be returned to us by post, please note that shipping cost is your responsibility.
• Should you want to cancel your placed order, you could do this within 24 hours via emailing us at info@creagifts.art. Then we can cancel your order for you and issue a full refund.
